Over seven years sustaining operations on the field. She has directed the administration and financial results of her own and others' businesses —from a hostel in Santa Marta to the operations and process coordination of a company—, structuring culture, talent, treasury, and processes. She knows what it costs to sustain an operation day to day, and makes practical decisions that can truly be executed, not quick fixes to be corrected later.

An entrepreneur in her own right: she founded and planfully closed her own production unit, learned to sell in businesses of very different nature —including high-value consultative sales to international markets— and started over. She doesn't come to the holding as a founder's complement; she arrives as a co-founder with her own weight, her own scars, and business judgment earned on the field.

“Commitments to me are kept, or they aren't made” is the phrase that defines her. She is the holding's authentic voice: she asks what no one dares to ask, inquires until she understands the what for of every decision, and when she sees a project drifting from what it committed to, she says it —without softening the message and without losing care for the person—. She validates the coherence between vision, values, and investments before a project enters the portfolio.

She ensures that what gets built has soul, truth, and real commitment: she brings the human touch, transmits what must be transmitted, and keeps MAI honest with itself. Her role in the duo is the light along the path.
