MAI Holdings S.A.S., a commercial company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Colombia, registered under NIT 901.623.720-7, with domicile in Cali, Colombia (hereinafter, “MAI Holdings”).

2. Data we collect

Through the contact form on this website, we collect: full name, email address, organization (optional) and the message the user chooses to share. We do not collect sensitive, financial, or biometric data.

3. Purpose of processing

Collected data is used exclusively to respond to contact requests received through the website and to follow up on institutional conversations with potential partners, founders, talent, and press.

4. Legal framework

The processing of personal data is governed by Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 of the Republic of Colombia, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union when applicable.

This site uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation. Specifically, a language preference cookie generated by the next-intl library that remembers whether the user selected Spanish or English as the browsing language. This cookie does not contain identifiable personal data and remains in the browser until its expiration (approximately one year) or until the user manually clears their cookies.

The site does not use advertising tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or profiling. If these technologies are incorporated in the future, this policy will be updated and explicit consent will be requested through an acceptance banner.

7. International data transfer

The technological infrastructure that hosts this website (Vercel Inc., headquartered in the United States) may temporarily process and store data submitted through the contact form outside Colombian territory. Vercel complies with international security and privacy standards, including the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

By submitting the form, the user expressly authorizes this international transfer, in accordance with Article 26 of Law 1581 of 2012 and Chapter V of Decree 1377 of 2013.

8. Retention period

Data submitted through the contact form will be retained for a period of twelve (12) months from the last interaction with the data subject, or until the data subject requests its deletion, whichever comes first. For deletion requests, please write to info@maiholdingssas.com.
